Our Founders
FIRST HARVEST MINISTRIES INC (“FHM”) was founded by us - Charles and Diana Matthews. Charles is of US citizenship working in the Telecom and IT industry for well over 40+ years exercising his acquired skills in applying best practices in project and program management. His wife Diana is of Ukrainian citizenship working as a mother of two children, nutritionist, cosmetologist, dress designer & maker, and owner of a successful wedding boutique and perfume business. We are a family driven ministry with a passion to help awaken mankind to the fact that GOD is real and is preparing to bring us into a new reality that promotes and advocates a better life of good health and wellness for all mankind seeking the Word of GOD as a guide to spiritual maturity.
Our History
In June 2020, Charles Matthews incorporated FHM as a non-profit domestic US corporation under the laws of the State of Georgia on 06/23/2020, organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes. We also applied for and received exemption status from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3) allowing donors to deduct contributions they make to FHM under IRC Section 170. FHM is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. FHM is currently listed as a public charity under the IRC Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). Our non-profit EIN is 85-1550276.
Our Mission
FHM is passionate about making a long-lasting impact on society by promoting and advocating GOD's Scripture as a guide for good health and wellness for all mankind who seek spiritual maturity through the Word of GOD our Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Our leadership understands to achieve this successfully, we must start our programs with a grassroots movement at the local level within each community we serve. Our leadership also recognizes that the Word of GOD according to the Bible, teaches transparency, integrity, and honesty as key elements for good leadership to gain respect from those we serve. To achieve our mission, we will join forces with other health and wellness organizations and professionals to boost our efficiency in enhancing our programs and service offerings.
